Thanks to all who have helped! I'll make a few more pots and keep rotating them in the booth, and of course I'll try to keep engaged. It's just rude to do otherwise. 

I was wrong about the number of vendors -- 90, not 200. 

So, very busy for the next few weeks. 

I'll report back, even if is humbling.
