[Clayart] bisque speed

i think we are zero ing in on what we want to
test for bisque.
i am going to hold for one hour at 1700F.
what happens up and down will happen.
if the pots do not break or crack we should
be fine.
i think getting the pots to `off gas` and the
crud to burn out is critical.  the speed is up to the potter
and your kiln.
