Hi Everyone,

I have received a couple questions regarding amazon saying the book is "temporarily unavailable”. That doesn’t give an accurate picture—let me explain. The book is being printed using Print On Demand (POD) technology. Hence it is not carried in amazon’s inventory. When an order comes in it is forwarded immediately to the printer who puts it in the printing queue. Printing and binding and shipping takes 3 or 4 days. So the delay is pretty short. I know Echo Point Books and Media (the publisher) carry a few in stock and others may also. So if you are in a hurry, order it from them.
